Collection
The information we collect is only necessary to support our operational process such as the supply, installation and maintenance of our Salvarani products.
We ensure that we do not employ in misleading or intrusive techniques to obtain personal data, advising our customers that we may record and store the information they provide us. This recorded information is used solely for valid business purposes and is never disclosed to any third party without both the knowledge and prior written consent of the customer.
Failure to collect such personal information from our customers would result in Salvarani unable to supply, install or support its products.
Information on customers is almost always obtained direct from the customer. However from time to time, there may be times when we may seek information from a third party, such as when an application for credit needs to be approved. If information is obtained from a third party it is never passed on to any other party unless it is used for the purpose for which it was originally obtained.
Use and Disclosure
Personal customer data is used to ensure that we are able to supply, install and support our Salvarani products. From time to time we may advise customers of special offers, news and promotions on our products. However, at the time of collecting the information we will ask the customer whether they object to receiving such notifications and customers should notify us if they subsequently change their mind. We will not notify customers of special offers if they have elected not to receive such information. Information will never be passed to any third party without the knowledge and prior written consent of the customer.

We will make every reasonable attempt to ensure that the data we obtain from customers is kept up to date and accurate. If customers become aware that their data is inaccurate they should notify us immediately and we will take action to correct the recorded data.
